Thechallenge awaiting you :

The Dutch
operation based in Amersfoort is hiring an Regional Sales Manager who is
responsible for selling products or services in the assigned Benelux and
Scandinavia. The holder of this position is self-motivated and proactive in
identifying and seeking out customers, understanding their needs and
pain-points, and then offering solutions to the group to address those needs.
The Regional Sales Manager is characterized by professional management of the
sales pipeline, constantly expanding it and concentrating on closing business
opportunities in order to achieve the targets set.

Thetasks awaiting you:

You will be responsible for :

– Present, promote and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory.
– Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales.
– Generate and identify leads and create business opportunities through the assigned routes to market.
– Reaching the revenue and profit targets and goals set for the assigned sales area and channel.
– Focus on cross-selling opportunities of the products and services in the Group in order to make the widest possible offer to the customer.
– Using the staging process in CRM to track self-generated sales projects and manage the sales pipeline with a focus on closing business opportunities.
– Implement the consultative selling process by emphasizing the features of the Group´s products to meet the customer´s needs and to highlight how to they solve customer issues.
– Acquire and analyse industry information to be well informed about markets, products, best practices and technical developments.
– Utilize the provided IT tools e.g. CRM to record, maintain and keep up to date any account-related information (contact details, meeting minutes etc.).
– Forecast revenue on monthly respectively quarterly bases in accordance to the agreed company´s sales plan and manage the revenue pipeline.
– Active participation in sales meetings, local tradeshows and national events

About you :

– Highly motivated and target driven with a proven work experience in Sales.
– Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers.
– Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
– Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and closing a sale.
– Ability to create and deliver sales pitches and product presentations tailored to the audience needs.
– Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people internally and externally, build relationships and network.
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity Sales Force CRM practices.
– Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
– Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
– Familiarity with the Automotive Aftermarket is a plus.
– Dutch mother tongue, very good knowledge of written and spoken English.
